1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Biz2Gov Online, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Biz2Gov Online is a software service that helps small businesses discover federal, SLED, and grant opportunities, evaluate fit, and generate proposal drafts. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties or guarantees of opportunity awards or contract success.

3. User Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your company to use Biz2Gov. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create in Biz2Gov (proposals, profiles, past performance examples) is your property. You grant Biz2Gov a license to use your content to provide and improve the service. Biz2Gov's platform features, algorithms, and documentation are our property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Biz2Gov for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or disruptive code
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary data
• Resell access or use Biz2Gov on behalf of others without permission
• Violate any federal, state, or local laws

6. Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. If you subscribe, you authorize Biz2Gov to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. No Guarantee of Awards

Biz2Gov helps you discover and respond to opportunities. We do not guarantee awards, contract success, or proposal acceptance. The final decision to award a contract rests with the government agency. You remain responsible for ensuring your proposals meet all solicitation requirements before submission.

8. Expert Review Service

Expert Review is a paid optional service where a Contracting Officer provides feedback on your proposal. Expert Review does not guarantee award or acceptance. Expert Review fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz2Gov is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Biz2Gov in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biz2Gov from claims arising from your use of the service, your proposals, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activity. You may cancel your account anytime via your subscription settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from use of Biz2Gov are governed by applicable U.S. law. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action. Contact support at support@biz2gov.online.
