1. Introduction

Biz2Gov Online ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates the Biz2Gov platform to help small businesses discover and evaluate federal, SLED, and grant opportunities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email, name, phone, and business information (company name, CAGE code, UEI, NAICS codes, location).

Service Data: We collect information about opportunities you view, save, and opportunities you add to your pipeline. We collect proposal drafts, Expert Review requests, and program enrollment data for EAS/DFY participants.

Payment Information: Stripe processes all payment information securely. We do not store credit card details directly.

Cookies & Tracking: We use browser cookies to maintain your session and remember UTM campaign parameters. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Biz2Gov service (opportunity matching, proposal generation, pipeline management)
To send transactional emails (welcome, proposal ready, Expert Review status updates)
To communicate service updates and support responses
To improve our matching algorithms and opportunity intelligence
To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for data in transit. Your account is protected by authentication tokens. We do not share your business profile or proposal data with other users or external parties except as described below.

5. Third-Party Integrations

SAM.gov: When you request, we look up your business information on SAM.gov using your CAGE code or UEI. We do not store SAM.gov credentials.

Stripe: Stripe securely processes all subscription and Expert Review payments. Stripe's privacy practices apply to payment processing.

GoHighLevel (GHL): When you sign up, we may sync your email and name to GHL for campaign tracking purposes (non-blocking; signup succeeds even if GHL sync fails). GHL's privacy practices apply to contact data.

Resend: We use Resend to send transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Resend only to deliver the email. Resend does not use your address for marketing.

6. Your Data Rights

You may request access to your data, correct inaccurate information, or request account deletion. Contact us at support@biz2gov.online.

Note: Deletion of your account will remove your ability to access Biz2Gov. Billing records and transactional logs are retained for 7 years as required by law.

We use session cookies to maintain your login and remember your preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used. You can control cookie settings in your browser.
